Since 1996, DJ ICON has been one of the leading ladies of the American Dance Music Industry. She is known for her heavy-hitting signature sound of high-energy Nu-Skool Breaks. Her career began at age 16 in San Franciscos underground rave circuit where she diligently rose in the ranks at a time when professional female DJs were few. By the age of 20, she had already produced countless events, toured much of the United States as well as across the globe. This early recognition later gained her success in the media with countless residencies and guest spots on a plethora of dance music radio shows and features in high-rated television series on major cable channels. Currently she is ranked number 85 in Shejays Top 100 Female DJs List and continues to make her mark on nightclubs, massives and festivals around the world.
