Choice defines the man. Rich Medina has made a life based on one choice that has transformed the listening experience of millions. DJ Rich Medina lives, breathes, and revels in sharing the type of music that make a listener remember his soul. It is this awareness of soul that brings listeners back time and again to hear Rich spin: heads nod, bodies sway, emotions expand and coalesce. DJ Rich Medina uses the decks to guide his people away from the ordinary and into the realm of their imaginations. His intelligent blends bridge unexpected song selections that build a collective consciousness of intoxication. Without even realizing it, DJ Rich Medina lures you in and makes you forget who you were before the music began
When he’s writing music, whether in collaboration with other musicians or a personal project, Medina always aims to inject a universal notion of the need for change. Rich Medina holds DJ residencies at prominent venues throughout the country. Most notably he is a defining DJ at his Little Ricky’s Rib Shack parties at APT, Jump N Funk at the Martinez Gallery, and on the Philly nightlife scene. Always evolving as an artist, DJ Rich Medina transitions into the role of pre-eminent spoken word artist at clubs the world over. DJ Rich Medina, renaissance man, articulate performer and a down and dirty DJ who can go head to head with the best, is an artist who will transform the average experience of any club or venue and give his audience a night of music and words to remember.

Kid Cudi's unique approach earned him a dedicated grassroots MySpace following, and caught the attention of Plain Pat, who became his manager and mentor. Pat used his experience working on all three of Kanye West's albums to help Cudi start his career. Soon after, the red-hot Fool's Gold label signed him to their family of rap iconoclasts (including Kid Sister and DJ A-Trak) and included him as a special guest on their sold-out North American tour. Since then, Kid Cudi has rocked crowds at NYC nightclubs like SOBs and Hiro Ballroom, and been featured in ad campaigns for cutting edge streetwear labels 10 Deep and Lemar and Dauley.
With some of the industry's most respected tastemakers already on board, Kid Cudi's debut single "Day ‘N' Nite" is the perfect showcase to launch his style and sound to the rest of the world. Over a hypnotic, banging instrumental from producer Dot Da Genius, Cudi spits a lament for the "lonely stoner" and invites everyone to empathize with his heartfelt delivery. "If you like my music, it's not gonna be because of some witty line I said or me being political," explains Cudi. "It's gonna be because you connect with me as a person, and you relate to my story—putting yourself in my SB Dunks, you feel me?"

From Birkenstock to Bloomingdale's, environmentally conscious companies have been raising their profile in the fashion industry. This past decade has witnessed the birth of eco-fashion - stylized clothing that uses environmentally sustainable materials and responsible production techniques. But is eco-fashion really as sensitive as it claims to be, or is this just another superficial fashion hype? What are the forces driving eco-fashion forward? Will consumers always have to balance fashion against sustainability and cost? And if so, what factors affect these decisions? A panel of industry experts - including fashion designers and boutique owners - discusses the eco-fashion movement, its attributes and its future.
